JWARE Technologies was founded by a team of payment experts, from some of the largest software vendors in the world including S2 Systems (now part of ACI), OASIS (now part of eFunds) and ACI Worldwide. They realized that the market-leading front office payment software no-longer met client's current and future needs. Shortfalls included lack of flexibility to grow with the business, rigid interpretations of business rules, enormous difficulty to adapt to local protocols, reliance on antiquated technologies that are ill mastered by current IT professionals and over-dependence on the vendor for support which drives budgets higher than anticipated.
As a result they decided to put their collective expertise together to come up with a definitive payment solution that could meet the current and future needs of banks, third party processors, retailers and all of the new actors that are now deploying secure transactions services. Indeed the JWARE Payment Solution Framework is the result of the most in-depth and prescient reflection on EFT and e-payment ever undertaken by any solution provider.
